Week 2 of 13 of The Total North Lincolnshire Half Marathon Training Plan 🏃♂️🏃♀️
Hope everyone is feeling good after a steady week one 💪
As this is a beginners plan, our main priority is to learn to run consistently. This plan allows our bodies to adjust and simply get used to running. We don’t care how fast we go, it’s just about doing it.
Allow yourself the rest days. Just 3 runs, spaced out over the week, at an easy chatty pace. You should feel slightly breathless but able to maintain a conversation or if you are running on your own why not see if you can sing ?! 💁♀️
Just a small increase, bringing the total for the week to 9 miles.
