Welcome to your Baggage Management Team for the North Lincs half & 10k.
This is again very kindly provided by the Royal British Legion Epworth Branch. They are a small group of enthusiastic volunteers who have helped out at some of our other races.
The branch meets formally once a month and is a place where people with a shared interest get to connect. You don’t need to have been a veteran or be serving to be a member of the Royal British Legion just a desire for supporting the Armed Forces Community. You will see us around the Isle (of Axholme) throughout the year at gala’s, summer shows and throughout the Poppy Appeal. If you have any spare change on the day (or wish to bring some) we will have a bucket on the drop off and all donations will go to the Royal British Legion Poppy Appeal.
Things to note: dropping off, please ensure your bag is tagged and it is visible with your running number when you hand it over as this will make things much easier for the baggage team when you come to collect it post-race.
Picking up: No number no bag, we really want to give them all back but we need to know it’s yours, not your partners, running friend, random “it’s the pink one…”
We really enjoy meeting you all and caring for your bags.
